Verbe (verbe.world) is an online service for automatically writing, illustrating and publishing search-engine-optimized blog articles in French, English and Spanish. By creating an account, you accept these terms of service.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. A free trial is offered at sign-up, with no credit card required; when it ends, a paid subscription is required to keep generating content. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
The subscription is monthly, billed in US dollars via Stripe, and renews automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account area: access remains active until the end of the period already paid. Months earned through referrals are automatically credited to your upcoming invoices.
The articles, images and audio generated for your blog belong to you: you are free to publish, edit or delete them. You remain responsible for reviewing and publishing them: artificial intelligence can make mistakes, and it is up to you to verify the accuracy of content before distribution.
You agree not to use Verbe to produce unlawful, misleading, hateful or defamatory content, or content that violates the rules of connected platforms (WordPress, Meta, LinkedIn, Google). Verbe reserves the right to suspend an account in case of clear abuse, after email notification.
When you connect WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google Search Console, you authorize Verbe to publish and measure on your behalf, within the limits you configure. You may revoke these connections at any time from the application. Use of these platforms remains subject to their own terms.
Verbe is provided “as is”, with the greatest care but without any guarantee of continuous availability or specific search-ranking results. Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us over the past twelve months. Verbe depends on third-party services (Stripe, Anthropic, Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Zoho) whose possible interruptions cannot be attributed to us.
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at verbe.world/confidentialite. It forms an integral part of these terms.
These terms may evolve with the service. In the event of a significant change, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance. As a last resort, you may cancel before the new terms take effect.
